How to Utilize It

Naturally hemp seed oil has been included in many beauty products to act as a moisturizing agent and anti-inflammatory. We particularly like to mix it along with retinoids or other after acids since it's so efficient at reducing inflammation. It can be extremely beneficial for acne and redness, as well. "It has a crisp, sweet taste, and is sprinkled on salads to serve as a substitute for olive oil" states Spiegel. "It is rich in omegas, and is full of essential amino acids which help to create a smoother, younger looking skin, and also reduce inflammation within our bodies." Because it's a unstable oil, she advises it should be stored at a temperature that is cool and not heated.
